JSW-MG Cars And SUVs Selling At MASSIVE Discounts Of Upto Rs. 5.5 Lakh
JSW MG Motor India has announced attractive discounts and offers on its entire lineup, for March 2025. The biggest benefits can be had on the Gloster- MG's current flagship. The Hector, Comet and Astor also get sizeable cuts. These can be had on both MG2024 and MY 2025 stock. MG's current Indian lineup consists of the Comet, Astor, ZS EV, Windsor EV, Hector and the Gloster.
MG Comet Discounts
A maximum of Rs. 45,000 can be saved on the Comet EV. This applies only to the MY2024 models. The total benefits include a flat cash discount of Rs. 20,000, a loyalty bonus of Rs. 20,000, and a corporate discount of Rs. 5,000. These apply to the Exclusive trim. The MY2025 version offers lower benefits- Rs 40,000 can be saved on the Excite FC and Exclusive FC trims (FC stands for Fast Charger).
MG Astor Discounts
The Astor is a slow-selling model for the manufacturer. It has now received price cuts and benefits of up to Rs. 1.45 lakh. These can be had on the MY2024 inventory. The turbo-petrol powered Savvy Pro variant gets the maximum benefits- a flat discount of 75,000, an exchange bonus of Rs. 35,000, a loyalty bonus of Rs. 20,000 and corporate benefits of Rs. 15,000. The MY2025 mid-spec variants get relatively lower discounts and offers- up to Rs 70,000.
Hector/Hector Plus Discounts
The Hector and Hector Plus now come with offers of up to Rs. 2.20 lakh, on MY2024 stock. The diesel variants get the highest cash discounts- 1.5 lakh. Exchange and corporate offers can also be had on these. 2025 models get lower benefits and offers. The highest discount can go up to Rs. 70,000.
Gloster Discounts
The range-topping Gloster now gets discounts of up to 5.5 lakh rupees, on the Model Year 2024 stock. This includes a cash offer of 4.5 lakh and another 1 lakh in exchange bonus. The 2025 stock will offer savings of up to 4 lakh- 3.5 lakh in cash discounts and Rs. 50,000 in exchange bonus.
ZS EV Discounts
Up to 2.05 lakh can be saved on the ZS EV. The Executive trim will offer sacings of up to 1.35 lakh rupees.
The above-mentioned discounts and offers are valid for a limited span of time, and are also subject to stock availability. These may vary across cities and dealeerships as well.
MG India's Future Road Map
MG is readying a range of interesting products for the Indian market. It has been actively setting up the 'MG Select' retailer network, aimed at providing a premium purchase and ownership experience to the buyers.
The Cyberster electric sportscar will be the first product to launch via MG Select. The two-seater EV will have a 77 kWh battery pack. It will have two powertrain options upon launch- a single-motor setup that produces 340 PS and 475 Nm, and a dual motor All Wheel Drive version (AWD) with 503 PS and 725 Nm on tap. The single-motor version is claimed to offer a range of 507 km per charge.
The carmaker will also introduce the M9 electric luxury MPV in the Indian market, sometime soon. This will be a rival to the Kia EV9 and will feature a 90 kWh battery pack. The powertrain will be capable of making 245 bhp and 350 Nm. It is claimed to deliver a WLTP range of 430 km.
Another important launch will be the MG Majestor. It will also be sold through MG Select dealerships. It will have the same powetrain options as the Gloster.
