Nissan Magnite Facelift Deliveries Commence: New TVC Out

The Japanese carmaker Nissan recently launched its already popular Magnite sub-compact SUV’s facelifted version in India. This new model has now started arriving at dealerships, and its customer deliveries have also started. Recently, a video showing the delivery of the new 2024 Magnite has been shared online. In addition, Nissan India has also released a brand-new television commercial (TVC) for the newly launched Magnite.
The delivery video of the new Nissan Magnite has been shared on YouTube by Jitu Jalhaka on their channel. This short video clip starts with an all-new Magnite facelift being parked inside a dealership. It was covered with a red cloth. Soon after this, a woman and her child can be seen removing this cover off their new car.
Following this, they check out their new car and then cut the cake to celebrate the delivery. Apart from this, there are a few other delivery videos of the new Nissan Magnite facelift which have been shared online.
Nissan India has recently also released a brand-new teaser for the Magnite facelift in India. This new TVC has been shared on YouTube by Nissan India’s official channel. It starts off with a number of people seen with a surprised look. Following this, a Nissan Magnite can be seen zooming past.
The official TVC then first shows the newly updated interior of the Magnite facelift. The overall layout of the new Nissan Magnite’s interior is the same. However, the biggest change is the addition of Sunrise Orange Copper leatherette. It has been combined with black to give it a more premium appearance.
Apart from this update, the new Magnite also comes equipped with a new, larger 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system and Arkemys 6-speaker audio system. Additionally, the SUV also gets a 7-inch digital instrument gauge cluster and 4-color ambient lighting.
Other highlights of the new Magnite are a cooled glovebox, cluster ioniser, connected car tech, and remote start. Lastly, the SUV now also gets rain-sensing wipers, ventilated seats, auto headlamp, auto-dimming IRVM, and a 360-degree camera.
As for the safety features, it gets 6 standard airbags, electronic stability control, hill start assist, traction control, ABS with EBD, and rear parking sensors. On the outside, the new Magnite facelift comes with new LED headlights, a front grille, new bumpers, and new LED taillights as well.
As for the engine options, Nissan has retained the same 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol and 1.0-litre turbo petrol engines. The former makes 71 bhp and 96 Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the turbocharged model makes 100 bhp and 160 Nm of torque.
Transmission options include the 5-speed manual gearbox and CVT automatic for the turbocharged model. On the other hand, the naturally aspirated petrol-engined model comes offered with a 5-speed manual as well as an AMT gearbox.
The new 2024 Magnite starts at Rs 5.99 lakh for the base variant. Meanwhile, the top-spec turbo petrol engine variant with CVT gearbox costs Rs 11.5 lakh. Nissan is offering the Magnite in 6 variants in India. It competes with the Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Mahindra XUV300, and Kia Sonet, along with others.
