Mahindra has launched the BE 6 and XEV 9e electric SUVs in the country. These have started reaching dealerships as well. The carmaker has also released a bunch of TV commercials featuring the XEV and BE 6. The BE 6 commercials feature a beautiful girl alongside the car. The product film and TVC had the girl drive the electric SUV and strike poses with it. Many wondered who she was. We have now found her! Meet Riya Sisodiya- the actress and model who made her movie debut through the 2018 film Love Sonia.
The amount of attention to detail, effort and time that Mahindra invests in the ideation, creation and production of their TV commercials and advertisements is phenomenal. This Indian carmaker has always nailed it with their ads. If you are a 90s-born, the Mahindra SUV commercials from back then would still be in your most cherished memories. In 2024, the marque has done just the same with the XEV and BE 6 ads.
Among others, Mahindra has made a dedicated TVC each for the BE 6 and XEV along with a combined film featuring both vehicles. It is in the BE 6 ad that Riya took the lead role. It rose to instant acceptance and gained massive viewership in no time. The XEV 9e commercial had actor Rahul Khanna play the protagonist.
Mahindra filmed the TVC of BE 6 in India and Spain. It features a thrilling ‘Boom-Boom’ title track, sung by Sunidhi Chauhan. Directed by Brendan Vaughan, the casting for this ad was done by Casting Bay. The visuals show the 29-year-old actress in as beautiful a setting as the car itself.
Mahindra will start accepting orders for the BE6 and XEV 9e from February 14, 2025 onwards. A new video shared on the official YouTube channel shows both cars along with Riya and Rahul Khanna, revealing the booking date towards the end.
