Upto Rs. 1.15 Lakh Discounts On Honda City, Elevate And Amaze
Honda is offering substantial discounts and benefits across its lineup in September 2024. These include cash discounts, loyalty and exchange bonuses, and corporate schemes. Honda currently has a portfolio that consists of the City, City Hybrid, Amaze and Elevate. All these get offers and discounts in September, more about which is discussed below.

Honda Elevate: Up to ₹75,000 Discount
The Elevate is Honda’s SUV based on the City. This month, Honda Elevate is offering discounts of up to Rs 75,000, depending on variants chosen. In April, the Elevate received an update that added more standard safety features to it- six airbags, three-point ELR seat belts and seat belt reminders for all five seats. The discounts, however, do not apply to the updated variants. On the updated variants, you get to enjoy benefits of up to Rs 65,000 (10,000 less than the pre-update ones). Priced from 11.91 lakh to Rs 16.51, the Elevate already had a price advantage over rivals like the Creta and Seltos. This seems to have improved further with the new benefits in place.
Honda City: Up to ₹1.14 Lakh Discount
Honda City continues to be a popular choice among buyers. Honda recently updated it with more features and safety tech. The City is offered with discounts of up to Rs 1.14 lakh on unsold stocks of the pre-update sedan. This is, in fact, the highest discount available on any Honda car this month. The updated version of the sedan offers discounts of up to Rs 94,000.
The 5th generation City is offered in 4 variants – SV, V, VX and ZX. V, VX and ZX variants are available with optional (CVT) automatic transmissions, while the standard powertrain choice consists of a 1.5L, four-cylinder petrol engine producing 121hp, and mated to a manual transmission.
Honda City Hybrid: Up To ₹90,000 In Benefits
The City offers a hybrid powertrain as well. Honda offers a number of variants on this vehicle. In September, the hybrid City gets a cash discount of ₹70,000 and a complimentary 3-year service package worth ₹20,000. The combined benefits thus extend to Rs 90,000. The City Hybrid doesn’t have any direct rival in the Indian market. Priced from Rs 19 lakh, it features a 1.5-litre petrol engine paired with two electric motors and an e-CVT transmission.
Honda Amaze: Up to ₹1.12 Lakh Discount
Honda Amaze is currently slow selling in India right now. The automaker has increased discounts on the Amaze for September. Last month, the compact sedan was offered with discounts of Rs 96,000. This month, the discounts and benefits amount to 1.12 lakh, valid on the VX and Elite variants. The Amaze S variant gets benefits of Rs 82,000, while the base-spec comes with a price cut of 72,000 rupees. This sedan competes with the likes of Maruti Dzire and Hyundai Aura. Honda is expected to launch the next-generation Amaze in India in the upcoming months.
Rain Of Discounts
Eyeing the festive season, many manufacturers are currently rolling out attractive discounts and benefits on their products. Maruti Suzuki recently announced benefits of up to 2.85 lakh. Tata Motors, on the other hand, has offers of up to 60,000. The highest discounts on Hyundai cars are up to Rs 65,000. A massive 3.40 lakh cut can be enjoyed on the Volkswagen Tiguan.
