Over the last few months, the quick commerce delivery platforms in India, especially Zepto, have seen a lot of success. As part of its new portfolio, which it has to offer to its buyers, Zepto has now shared a short video online that has been made in collaboration with the Czech automaker Skoda. In the newly shared teaser, a Zepto delivery man can be seen taking a Skoda Kylaq covered with a Zepto cover on a flatbed towing truck.

This teaser of the Zepto and Skoda collaboration has been shared on YouTube by Zepto and Skoda India. It starts off with a Zepto delivery associate walking towards a Skoda India dealership, after which he can be seen entering the showroom and then being noticed by the sales manager.

The delivery agent then shows the manager his mobile phone, after which he tells him that the location to pick up an item is being shown there. To this, the manager accompanies the delivery agent and takes him outside, following which we can see that the delivery agent becomes excited. Then the video shows him sitting behind the steering wheel of a flatbed tow truck.

We can note that the truck was carrying a Skoda Kylaq, which was covered with a Zepto cover. There were some cuts on the cover as well, which revealed a white-colored Skoda Kyliaq sub-compact SUV. The video then ends, and it has been mentioned that more details on this new collaboration will be shared on February 8.

Will Zepto deliver Skoda cars in 10 minutes?

Traditionally, buying a car is an extremely lengthy process. A typical car buyer first researches heavily for months before arriving at a decision. He then goes to various car dealerships to test-drive the vehicle and then finally decides on the exact variant he has to buy. In most car-buying journeys in India, finance plays an important role.

This is because, generally, a lot of car buyers have to take a loan to buy a car. However, with this new collaboration between Zepto and Skoda India, many people are wondering how this entire car-buying process will be summed up in just 10 minutes. In fact, it is also unknown if Zepto will actually offer a Skoda car-buying experience in under 10 minutes or not.

Will this be a marketing stunt?

Presently, nothing can be said concretely. However, many believe that it could just be a marketing stunt as well. Zepto, as we all are aware, is gaining a lot more popularity in India, and Skoda, with its recently launched Kylaq, has also been in the talks. So, a collaboration between these two brands will help them market their platforms and products and get as many eyeballs as possible. But for the main details, we’ll have to wait until February 8.

Skoda Kylaq: Details

The Skoda Kylaq, as mentioned, is the newest sub-compact SUV to enter the segment. It has been launched in India with a price tag of Rs 7.89 lakh and goes all the way up to Rs 14.40 lakh.
