Suzuki Fronx With ADAS: What It Drives Like [Video]
The crossover SUV Fronx from Maruti Suzuki is currently one of the most popular vehicles sold in India. Its compact size yet premium appeal has made it a favourite among Indian car buyers. Suzuki also sells the Fronx in a lot of other international markets as well. As a result, those markets get more premium features, a hybrid powertrain, and also ADAS Level 2, which are currently not being offered in India. Recently, showing how the Fronx hybrid with ADAS drives, a video has been shared online.

In this video, the vlogger first starts off the powertrain and then the exterior walkaround, after which he shows the interior and talks about the more premium features offered. Then lastly, he shows how the ADAS Level 2 of this Fronx hybrid works in real life.

The vlogger in the video first opens the bonnet of the Fronx to show the engine compartment. He mentions that this model gets the same exact 1.5-litre K15C strong hybrid drivetrain as the Grand Vitara. It is capable of producing 100.6 PS of power and 136 Nm of torque. He added that there are other non-hybrid engine options as well.
Exterior and interior
Following the powertrain, the vlogger starts showing the exterior of this particular Fronx hybrid. He starts off by showing the key of this vehicle, which can be seen as the same exact key as the Indian model. During the introduction, the vlogger mentions that he is not aware if this particular model is a prototype or the final production version.
Moving on, he mentions that it gets a similar grille as the Grand Vitara with chunky chrome bezels. We can note that just underneath the Suzuki badge on the front is the sensor for ADAS Level 2. The Fronx sold in India is not offered with it.
Apart from this, the rest of the front fascia looks exactly the same as the Indian model. After this, he shows the side profile, which also gets the same 16-inch alloy wheels, and the rear is also the same as well.
The vlogger then shows the interior of the vehicle, and the overall layout is the same as the Fronx sold in India. It gets a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, automatic climate control, head-up display, and others. He then shows the controls for various ADAS features.
This particular model comes equipped with ADAS Level 2. Its list of features includes adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, lane departure warning, lane departure prevention, high beam assist, and blind spot monitoring. Apart from these, the vehicle also gets vehicle swaying warning, a 360-degree view camera, parking sensors, and rear cross-traffic alert.

After this, the vlogger was then given the standard Fronx to drive, and later he sat as a passenger in the Fronx hybrid with ADAS. In the video, the driver can be seen taking his hands off the steering wheel, and the vehicle was steering itself on a turn, following the guidelines on the road. Apart from this, the vehicle was driving itself with the help of the ADAS.
