Heavily Modified White Mahindra Thar Looks As Though It’s On Steroids [Video]
Mahindra Thar is one such SUV which has loads of aftermarket options available. We have covered multiple modified Mahindra Thars but something exclusive comes up from time to time. Today, we will talk about a white Mahindra Thar 4×4 which has been tastefully modified by the team at Car Stylein.
The car is showcased by them on their official YouTube channel by the name of Car Stylein. They have titled this video as ‘Thar on steriods’ and after looking at the car, we can surely agree with this claim.
The host starts with the front fascia of the car which features a Proman off road bumper with integrated aftermarket projector fog lamps. A Proman underbody protection is also installed to protect the lower part of the engine while off roading.
Instead of the common Wrangler grille, this Thar is fitted with a glossy black grille with orange lights which looks agressive. The regular halogen headlamps are replaced with Wrangle inspired aftermarket lights with DRLs. Other additions in the front profile include Proman roof lights, red and blue blinkers and honeycomb lights on bonnet.
PPF has been installed to protect the paint of the car from getting damaged. In the side profile, the black body cladding has been painted to match the body color. This look is further enhanced with body colored ORVMs and door handles. The ORVMs have been upgraded to feature electric folding functionality and illuminated Thar badge.
Additionally, electronic side step is added in this Thar to increase the ease of getting in. The car is loaded with 20 inch X2 branded off road alloy wheels which further increase the car’s capabilities.
The rear bumper has been replaced with a Prad metal bumper. A USP of this bumper is that it comes with the stepney mount which allows loading of upsized alloy wheels. If upsized and heavy alloys are directly mounted on the tailgate, there are high chances that it will get damaged. Additionally, the rear profile is loaded with aftermarket taillights and LED reflectors.
The interior of this Mahindra Thar is changed from all black to a color combination of off white and blue. The upper parts of the dashboard & door pads, flooring and the leg supports are finished in blue. Rest, everything is off white. The seat covers also follow the same theme of off white and blue.
Additional loadings in the cabin include extra thigh support, front armrest, diamond 2K infotainment system, ambient lighting, gloss black inserts, rear arm rests with cup holders, charging ports and much more. Customised logos and names have been added on the each headrest on the demand of customer.
The host specially highlights the roof of the vehicle which is now finished in blue. Additionally, it is loaded with Rolls Royce inspired star lighting which gives the cabin a premium vibe.
