Tata’s next big launch for the Indian market is its Coupe SUV, the Curvv. The official launch of the new SUV is said to happen in the next couple of weeks. However, we have been seeing a lot of leaked videos and images of the SUV since the announcement. We now have a few images that show how the Tata Curvv would look in the real world.

The images have been shared by Team-BHP on their website. Tata has been releasing several teaser videos of the upcoming Curvv. The images seen here are of the Curvv ICE version. As we already know, Tata will be launching the Curvv in both ICE and EV versions. The Curvv SUV’s front, as seen in the pictures, looks inspired by other Tata models.

The signature LED connecting bar at the front meets the dual-function LED DRLs. The DRL design looks similar to the one seen on the Nexon. There is a thick gloss black strip that runs across the width of the car. There is a grille with foil wrap or chrome elements on it.

The headlamp design is similar to the Harrier and Nexon. The large lower air dam of the SUV would also remind you of other Tata SUVs. At the rear, we have the Curvv badge on the tailgate. There is a split spoiler integrated onto the roof of this coupe SUV. The sloping roof meets the rear windshield, which in turn meets the tailgate.

There is a connecting LED bar just like the front, which meets the sleek-looking all-new LED tail lamps at the rear. Before the official launch, the feature list of the Curvv has also leaked online. While we have several videos showing the exterior of the Curvv, we are yet to see the interior. It would be safe to assume that Tata will offer an interior design similar to the one seen in the Nexon and Harrier.

The SUV will come with Tata’s twin-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated logo, gloss black elements on the center console with touch panel buttons, a large floating touchscreen infotainment system with Tata’s new UI, a fully digital instrument cluster, a JBL speaker system, automatic climate control, a panoramic sunroof, and so on.

We also know that Tata will offer premium features like ADAS with the upcoming SUV. We also expect to see leatherette upholstery, ventilated seats, a 360-degree camera, an electronic parking brake, and disc brakes on all four wheels. The interior layout is expected to be similar to the Nexon, Harrier, and Safari.

As this is a Tata product, we expect it to have sturdy build quality. The Curvv is expected to get 5-star ratings in Bharat NCAP crash tests because of this. Coming to the engine, Tata is expected to offer both petrol and diesel engine options.

The SUV is expected to get a 1.2-liter, three-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine. It is expected to be an all-new unit. Other than this, it would get a 1.5-liter turbocharged diesel engine option. Both petrol and diesel engine options are expected to come with manual and automatic transmission options.

The Tata Curvv EV will also have a similar design and will offer the same set of features. The electric version will see EV-specific changes in terms of design compared to the ICE version. Both these SUVs are expected to be launched in the market soon. Tata will be launching the EV first, and the ICE version will follow soon.
