Tata Curvv Dark Edition Spotted At Dealership: Launch Soon

In order to lure in more buyers for the Curvv coupe SUV, Tata Motors is about to launch the Dark Edition of this new model. Recently, the upcoming Curvv coupe SUV was spotted at a dealership yard, and now a video showing the complete exterior and interior of this new model has been shared online. Like all the other Dark Edition models, the new Curvv Dark Edition gets an all-black exterior and interior.
This video, showing the soon-to-be-launched Tata Curvv Dark Edition, has been shared on YouTube by MB Auto Car on their channel. It starts off with the exterior walkaround of the new model, after which the interior is shown. As mentioned above, this particular clip appears to have been recorded at a dealership yard. This suggests that the company will soon be launching this model across the country.
It can be noted that, on the outside, the Curvv Dark Edition gets a gloss black paint finish like its siblings, the Harrier, Safari, Nexon, and Nexon.ev. Along with all the body panels, the side claddings of the Curvv have also been finished in gloss black, which gives it a very premium appearance. Apart from these, the grille accents and the badges have been finished in dark chrome as well.
There is also the familiar #Dark badging on the front fenders. Apart from these, all the window trims and other elements have been blacked out, giving it a menacing look. As for the alloy wheels, the 18-inch diamond-cut petal-shaped alloy wheels look the same as the standard model. Apart from these, it gets the same connected LED DRLs, headlights, and taillights.
Moving on to the interior of the Tata Curvv coupe Dark Edition, it can be noted that the model comes with an all-black interior. All of the seats are finished in black leatherette upholstery, and the dashboard is also finished in black. Additionally, the headrests get #Dark embossing, which is a signature touch on all Dark Edition Tata cars.
The headliner of the Curvv Dark Edition is also finished in black. In the video, the person recording the video also shows the panoramic sunroof, which means that it is the top-of-the-line Accomplished variant of the Curvv. The rest of the interior is the same as the non-Dark Edition variants and gets the same features.
Its list of features includes a four-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo, ambient mood lighting, a voice-assisted panoramic sunroof, and a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
It also gets a 9-speaker JBL audio system, a 10.25-inch digital instrument gauge cluster, a wireless charger, an air purifier, an electrochromic IRVM, and an illuminated and cooled glovebox. Lastly, it also features powered and ventilated front seats and an electronically controlled rear boot lid.
Coming to the powertrain details, most likely, the Curvv coupe SUV will come equipped with the same 1.2-litre Hyperion direct injection petrol engine. This motor is capable of generating 123 bhp of power and 225 Nm of torque. As for the transmission options, it comes with a 6-speed manual gearbox and an optional 7-speed DCT transmission.
Other engine options of the Curvv include a 1.5-litre diesel engine, which produces 116 bhp and 260 Nm of torque. Also, there is another petrol engine option, which is a 1.2-litre turbo petrol that makes 118 bhp and 170 Nm of torque.
