The host starts with the front profile of both the EVs. The styling of both the cars is exactly the same with some minor differences. The headlights and the DRLs are exactly the same.

The charging port in the Curvv EV is placed on the front while in the Nexon EV, it is on the side. In terms of dimensions, the Curvv EV is longer, wider and taller than the Nexon EV. Both cars get similarly loaded but the Curvv EV offers level 2 ADAS which is something Nexon EV misses out on.

Both the EVs shown in the video are the long range trims. The Nexon EV comes with a 40 kWh battery pack while the Curvv EV has a significantly bigger 55 kWh battery pack. The motor in the Nexon EV delivers 142 BHP of power and it can be driven for up to 465 km on a single charge.

On the other hand, the motor in the Curvv EV delivers 165 BHP of power and it can drive for up to 585 km before requiring a charge again. Please note that these are claimed figures and the real world range figures may vary.

Major differences exist in the side profile where the Curvv EV is longer and gets a distinct sloping roofline design. The alloy wheels are also different where the Nexon EV gets 16 inch alloy wheels and the Curvv EV gets 18 inch alloy wheels.

Both the EVs share the exact same ORVMs. The Curvv EV gets more aesthetically pleasing flush door handles while the Nexon has traditional door handles. The wheel arches of the Curvv EV are finished in gloss black but the Nexon gets regular wheel arches.

The rear profile of both the EVs is quite different. As the Curvv EV is a coupe, there is no need of a wiper. The tailgate of the Curvv EV is electrically opening as compared to manual opening in the Nexon EV. Other than this both the cars get reverse parking camera with sensors, connected taillights and multiple other features.

The host mentions that the cabin of both the EVs is quite similar. The interior of the Nexon EV has a color combination of beige and black while the Curvv EV gets a wine and black cabin. As the Curvv EV is a more premium product, it also gets additional features such as ventilated front seats, electrically adjustable front seats and a panoramic sunroof as compared to single pane sunroof in the Nexon EV.

Bookings for the Tatat Curvv.EV are now open at Tata dealerships, and deliveries will commence shortly. Tata Motors will also launched turbo petrol and turbo diesel engined variants of the Curvv.EV in early September.
