Tata Harrier Stealth Edition Arrives At Dealerships [Video]

Tata Motors showcased the Stealth edition Harrier and Safari for the first time at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. The Dark Edition has been around for long and we've all loved it. The Stealth editions, however, are limited to just 2,700 units and add more character to the base cars. In a recent video shared by Anubhav Chauhan, we get to see the Harrier Stealth in detail. The SUV has arrived at Tata Motors dealerships, and deliveries are all set to commence.
The Stealth Edition celebrates 27 years of the Safari brand, and that's the reason that Tata Motors chose to keep its production capped at 2,700 units- meaning 2,700 units each for the Safari and Harrier Stealth Editions. The limited edition has a starting price of Rs. 25.10 lakh for the Harrier and Rs. 25.75 lakh for the Safari (both ex-showroom).
The vlogger starts by showing the exterior of the Harrier Stealth. Like the Dark Edition, this special edition too has a Black theme. However, here, it has a matte Black finish.
At present, many products from Hyundai and Kia offer the choice of Matte Black and Matte Grey colourways. Even though these demand more frequent cleaning and attention to look good, Indian buyers seem to love them. This should have inspired Tata Motors to come up with this edition.
Several elements on the outside, like the grille, air dam, fog lamp housings, rear skid plate, etc are finished in Gloss Black. The 19-inch alloy wheels are finished in a combination of Dark Chrome and Gloss Black. The tyre size is the same as the regular Harrier- 245/55 R19. The door handles are finished in body colour. There is minimal use of Chrome on the exterior. The 'Harrier' lettering is finished in Dark Chrome.
On the inside, the Stealth edition gets a Carbon Noir colourway. If we were to share a trivia, there is a men's perfume by the same name. It has a spicy scent and amber tones, with notes of sharp wood and smoky cacao. It is considered a desirable masculine fragrance by many. The Stealth Edition's 'Carbon Noir' colourway almost does the same. It adds an added air of masculinity and desirability to the cabin, with its colours.
The inside door handles are finished in dark Chrome. Almost everything inside is Black. The door pads, dashboard and upholstery are all finished in a good-looking shade of Black. Even the roof liner has a dark shade to it. The vlogger gives a detailed tour of the cabin and its colours in the video.
The Stealth Edition comes only on the range-topping Fearless Plus trim. The features and equipment levels thus remain identical to those on the standard car's corresponding variants. You can find the likes of ventilated seats, a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10-speaker JBL-sourced music system, a 10.25-inch fully digital driver display, a sliding front armrest, seven airbags, and Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
There are no mechanical changes on the Stealth Edition Harrier or Safari. These continue to be powered by the same 2.0-litre Kryotec diesel engine as before, which comes mated to a six-speed manual and a six-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The vehicle featured in the video has an automatic gearbox. The powertrain is capable of producing 168bhp and 350Nm. The Safari Stealth Dark is available in both six and seven-seater versions.
