Bollywood moviestar Ajay Devgn’s Volvo XC90 luxury SUV for sale

Ajay Devgn is one of the biggest stars in Bollywood. He is also a major automobile aficionado and owns a range of high-end luxury vehicles including the latest Rolls Royce Cullinan. While Ajay keeps on adding new cars to his garage every now and then, to make space, older vehicles need to go too. Well, here is Ajay Devgn’s Volvo XC90, the flagship SUV from the brand that is for sale in the used car market.

This car is sold by Arafat Shaikh and the vehicle is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As per the details provided by the seller, this is a 2016 model of the Volvo XC90. It is still owned by Ajay Devgn. The vehicle is in a beautiful Cavansite Blue colour and the pictures show that there are no dents or scratches on the body. According to the odometer reading, the car has completed a total of 55,000 km, which is not much at all.

The reason for selling the car is not known but such vehicles are kept for a maximum of 5 years by the celebrities and then are sold to make space for new ones. While the car is registered to Ajay Devgn, it is his wife – Kajol, who used it the most. She has been spotted regularly with the Volvo XC90 and it was used as a daily ride for her.

This is the top-end D5 Inscription variant that comes with a lot of bells and whistles. It is an all-new product that was launched in 2015 and is based on the SPA platform. The car gets Thor-hammer styled LED DRL at the front with large vertical slat chrome grille. The XC90 looks extremely classy.

It gets a massive panoramic sunroof, 12.3-inch customisable instrument display, four-zone climate control system, 9.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, heads-up display, heated and ventilated seats, 19-speaker system from Bower and Wilkins.

It comes powered by a 2.0-litre, twin-turbocharged D5 diesel engine. It generates a maximum power of 225 PS and peak torque of 470 Nm. There is an 8-speed automatic transmission that sends the power to all the four wheels. Also, an All-wheel drive system is standard. The SUV can reach a top speed of 230 km/h. Just like all other Volvo vehicles, the XC90 sits on the top when it comes to safety. It gets multiple airbags, ABS with EBD, whiplash protection, traction control system, ESC as standard across the range. Volvo also introduced the world’s first off-road protection package that uses several features to ensure that injuries are reduced when the vehicle goes over rough terrain at high speed. Even the seats are designed to reduce the injuries.

The asking price of this Volvo XC90 is Rs 55 lakh and the seller claims that there is a valid insurance cover on the vehicle. However, he has not mentioned the exact month of insurance expiration.
