This car for sale is a 2014 Mahindra XUV500 W5 version. This has been modified all over to offer a much better and comfortable interior. The DC modified Mahindra XUV500 gets red coloured interiors that have replaced all the old upholstery in the cabin. The cabin now gets faux carbon fibre finished panels with red leathers on the seats. The middle row has been replaced with new captain seats. The middle row captain seats are electrically adjustable and the buttons are placed on the door panels.
The middle row passengers also get 10-inch individual infotainment systems too. There are foldable trays mounted just below the screen that can be opened and used as a food tray table or a desktop. The occupants also get to enjoy the ambient lighting system. The roof now gets an array of LED lamps and ambient lighting that looks great and we are sure it changes the whole appearance of the cabin at night. The dashboard has been updated with the red theme too and there are faux carbon fibre inserts all over at the front.
According to the video, the total charges for the cabin customisation is Rs 6 lakhs. The price of Rs 8.25 seems justified for the XUV500. However, the seller has not mentioned the odometer reading of the car. Most of these DC modified vehicles are best used as chauffeur-driven vehicles where the owner can take the back seat and enjoy all the features and comforts of the vehicle while travelling.
