Top-end used Tata Harrier in showroom condition for sale: More than Rs. 2 lakhs cheaper than a new one

The Tata Harrier is one of the best mid-size SUV one can buy in India right now. The stylish SUV was launched back in January this year and remained at the top sales spot for a few months after that. It is also said to be among the most advanced cars ever made by Tata for the Indian market and we couldn’t agree more. Prices for the Harrier start at Rs. 13 lakhs and go all the way up to Rs. 16.96 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). The on-road cost of the top-end XZ variant of the Harrier stands at Rs. 20.33 lakhs in Mumbai, which makes it a pretty expensive buy. However, the one featured here today can be had yours at just Rs. 17.95 lakhs.
That’s right, this almost new Tata Harrier which seems to have rolled out fresh from the showroom is being offered at a price that is around Rs. 2.30 lakh cheaper than the on-road price of the vehicle in Mumbai. The asking price of this Tata Harrier XZ is Rs. 17.95 lakhs as listed in this advertisement on OLX. We are referring to Mumbai prices because that’s where this SUV is available for sale. The car was registered in February this year and has covered merely 4,500 km till date, which is quite low for the car. Since this is the top-end XZ variant of the Harrier which means it comes loaded to the brim with features. But more on that later.
Going by the images, the vehicle seems to have been kept very nicely and used barely. To let you know, the Tata Harrier gets powered by a 2.0-litre KRYOTEC diesel engine that pumps out 140 Bhp of power along with 350 Nm of torque. This engine comes mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. The orange exterior shade of this Harrier (Calisto Copper in Tata’s words) further enhances the aesthetics of the SUV.
Since this is the top-end XZ variant of the Harrier, it comes loaded with all the bells and whistles that Tata offered with the Harrier. This includes an 8-inch touchscreen instrument cluster with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay integration, cruise control system, LED DRL, LED tail lamps, projector headlamps, drive modes, 14-function ESP, engine modes and more such features. Further, the SUV comes equipped with six airbags which make it a pretty safe vehicle too.
So if you have had your eyes set on a Tata Harrier, this might be a good deal for you. As always, buying a used vehicle comes with a ton of advantages but one must keep a few things in mind like mechanical verification and service history among others. But since this is an almost new car, there are less chances of it being a dodgy vehicle.
